A regular window clean should be straightforward to arrange and easy to keep on top of. Certus Cleaning LTD brings the cleaning, booking and payment routine together in one four-weekly service.
Cleaning every four weeks. Automatic four-weekly payments after your first booking. A text at least 24 hours before each visit, with a 3-hour arrival time slot.
What your regular clean covers
Your selected service covers exterior window glass, frames and sills. Full-home options include front, rear and side windows. Complimentary garage door cleaning is included where applicable.
The Front Only option has its own coverage description. Choose it for the specified scope rather than as a lower-priced substitute for a full-home clean.
How purified-water cleaning works
We use a brush and water-fed pole to clean the exterior surfaces, then rinse with purified water. This lets us reach many windows from ground level. Reach and safe access still depend on the property.
Windows are left wet to dry naturally. Please assess the finish once they are dry. If something does not look right, contact us so we can take a look; you do not need to wait for your next scheduled clean to raise a concern.

Choose by property type, not just bedroom count
The eight booking options range from Front Only at £13 to a 5 Bedroom service at £42 every four weeks. Semi-detached, detached and three-storey properties have distinct options.
Use the Prices & Booking page to compare them. For a property type not explicitly listed, ask Customer Help which existing service applies rather than selecting a price at random.
Additional glass and roof cleaning
Conservatory windows, Velux windows and skylights can affect the recommended service level. The relevant booking page identifies the higher-priced option to consider and the scope to check before booking.
A conservatory roof clean is a separate service. Lean-to roofs are not included in the regular window-cleaning price and carry a separate charge. Do not assume a window-cleaning selection also books roof cleaning.
What happens after booking
Your home joins its local four-weekly cleaning round. You do not need to book each visit again. Before every clean, we text at least 24 hours in advance with a 3-hour arrival slot.
Payments are collected automatically every four weeks after your first booking. Four-weekly means every 28 days, rather than the same date each calendar month. Check the checkout summary for your first collection and the recurring-payment terms.
