About Certus Cleaning LTD

We are a close-knit business built around family, friendship and years of working together. At Certus Cleaning LTD, the people behind the service matter just as much as the equipment we use.

Family and friends, working together

We have five employees. Three are family members, and the other two have become close friends through working alongside the family. We have been doing this together as a team for around 10 years.

Those relationships do not stop at the end of the working day. We have regular meet-ups, enjoy Christmas parties together and make time for each other outside work. We are proud of the team we have built.

32 years of personal experience

Our owner has spent 32 years running and working in the cleaning industry. That is personal industry experience, alongside the decade we have spent working together as our current team.

Years on the job have shaped the way we approach our work: take care with the cleaning, communicate clearly and make the service easier for customers to use.

Experienced, but forever learning

However much experience we have, there is always something to improve. We are forever learning and growing, looking for better ways to work and building a better experience wherever possible.

That might mean listening to feedback, improving the way we organise visits or making booking and payments simpler. We do not see improvement as something to finish. It is part of how we want to run the business.

A regular service with clear communication

Our window cleaning runs every four weeks. You see the price for your selected service before booking, and payments are collected automatically every four weeks after your first booking.

We send a text at least 24 hours before each clean and provide a 3-hour arrival time slot. It is a practical way to keep you informed without asking you to organise every visit.
